Plover launches community housing survey

Posted

PLOVER – The Village of Plover is inviting residents, property owners and community members to help shape the future of housing in Plover through its new community housing survey.
Plover continues to grow as one of Central Wisconsin’s most desirable communities to live, work and raise a family. As the community plans for future growth, the Village is seeking input on the types of housing, neighborhoods and policies that will best serve current and future residents.
“Housing is more than just where we live. It plays an important role in our ability to attract workers, support local businesses and maintain a high quality of life,” said Adam DeKleyn, community development manager for the Village of Plover. “This survey is an opportunity for our community to help shape its future.”
Feedback received will help guide important decisions regarding:
• Housing policy, ordinances and standards

• Neighborhood and future land use planning
• Infrastructure investment and development priorities
Go to www.ploverwi.gov/167/Community-Development to take the survey. The survey is expected to take around 5 minutes to complete and will close on Friday, Oct. 9. For more information, please contact the Plover Community Development Department at 715-345- 5250 ext. 128 or adekleyn@ploverwi.gov.
