Experience the joyride of A Joyful Little Band

PITTSVILLE – The Pittsville Area Foundation for the Arts is excited to host A Joyful Little Band in concert on Saturday, Oct. 3. This band was a recent favorite at FRM Music Fest. FRM — Friends of Rapids Music — is a nonprofit dedicated to bringing our community together through free, live music events while supporting continued music education. FRM is very active in the Wisconsin Rapids area.
A Joyful Little Band is a group of friends bringing the rich sounds of traditional jazz to the heart of Central Wisconsin. Their passion is rooted in the soulful tunes of The Great American Songbook and the lively spirit of New Orleans music. You can see the joy in their performances, and they can’t wait to welcome you to their little corner of the jazz world and share that joy.
Their story is filled with laughter, camaraderie and a sprinkle of jazz magic. General admission tickets, $18, will be available at the door at the Pittsville School Auditorium on Saturday night. The show will run from 7-9 p.m.
The evening will also feature a display of Pittsville student artwork and complimentary intermission refreshments. Advance tickets can be purchased online at www.eventbrite.com.
