WISCONSIN RAPIDS – The City of Wisconsin Rapids has officially released a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking a qualified firm to provide annual property assessment services.
The selected consultant will serve as the city’s statutory assessor, handling duties including property valuation, revaluations, Open Book sessions and Board of Review support. Work is expected to begin in summer 2026.
Questions are due Friday, April 24 by 4:30 p.m. Proposals are due Friday, May 15 by 4:30 p.m.
