WOOD COUNTY – The following crime report spans from Jan. 19-21.

Jan. 19
6:55 a.m. – The Wood County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call reporting a traffic accident at the intersection of CTH A and Hilltop Rd., Wood. A report was made.
8 a.m. – The Wood County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call reporting trespassing at 4031 STH 73 S, Saratoga. A record of the incident was made.
8:45 a.m. – The Pittsville Police Department responded to a call reporting a theft at 8315 STH 73, Pittsville. A record of the incident was made.

8:45 a.m. – The United Emergency Medical Response sent an ambulance in response to a call from Lake Ave., Grand Rapids. Grand Rapids First Responders also reported to the scene. A patient was transported.
10:08 a.m. – The Pittsville Fire Department responded to a call requesting an ambulance at Lonesome Rd., Dexter. A patient was transported.
10:36 a.m. – The United Emergency Medical Response answered a call requesting an ambulance on 5th Ave., Rudolph. Wood County Sheriff’s Rescue also sent a rescue truck, and a patient was transported.
11:08 a.m. – The Wood County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call reporting a drug offense at 400 Market St., Wisconsin Rapids. An investigation is ongoing.
11:54 a.m. – The Port Edwards Police Department responded to a call reporting a triggered alarm at 411 Wisconsin River Dr., Port Edwards. A record of the incident was made.
12:08 p.m. – The Grand Rapids Police Department responded to a call reporting a traffic accident at the intersection of Pinecone Ct. and Grand Pine Dr., Grand Rapids. Assistance was rendered.
12:18 p.m. – The Port Edwards Police Department responded to a call requesting assistance for a motorist at 600 7th St., Port Edwards. Assistance was rendered.
3:02 p.m. – The Wood County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call reporting a traffic accident at 2815 Plover Rd., Biron. A report was made.
4:45 p.m. – The Wood County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call reporting a prowler at 8271 Hollywood Rd., Saratoga. A record of the incident was made.
5:40 p.m. – The Nekoosa Police Department responded to a call reporting a hit-and-run at 1025 Market St., Nekoosa. An investigation is ongoing.
5:49 p.m. – The Wood County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call reporting a deer struck by a vehicle at the intersection of Knuth Rd. and St. Johns Rd., Sigel. The officer was unable to locate the driver.

Jan. 20
3:50 a.m. – The Wood County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call requesting assistance for a motorist at the intersection of STH 73 and Poplar Ln., Hansen. Assistance was rendered.

Jan. 21
5:51 a.m. – The Wood County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call reporting a traffic accident at the intersection of STH 13 and STH 73, Saratoga. A report was made.

7:42 a.m. – The Wood County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call reporting a traffic accident at the intersection of 64th St. S and Mill Ave., Saratoga. The Grand Rapids Police Department rendered assistance at the scene. A report was made.
8:19 a.m. – The Grand Rapids Police Department responded to a traffic complaint at 3212 80th St. S, Grand Rapids. An investigation into the situation is ongoing.
8:41 a.m. – The Wood County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call reporting a traffic accident at the intersection of Heritage and STH 13, Cameron. A report was made.
10:57 a.m. – The Wood County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call reporting a wrong-way driver at STH 10 and MM 187, Town Marshfield. The driver was gone upon arrival.
5:36 p.m. – The Wood County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call reporting a deer struck by a vehicle at the intersection of CTH V and CTH H, Lincoln. A record of the incident was made.
6:51 p.m. – The Wood County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call reporting a deer struck by a vehicle at the intersection of Star Ln. and STH 73 S, Saratoga. A report was made.
7:13 p.m. – The Wood County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call reporting a traffic accident at CTH H and Falcon, Lincoln. A record of the incident was made.
7:32 p.m. – The Port Edwards Police Department responded to a call requesting assist for a citizen at 220 Market Ave., Port Edwards. Assistance was rendered.
9:19 p.m. – The Wood County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call reporting a deer struck by a vehicle at the intersection of CTH GG and CTH G, Port Edwards. A report was made.
10:12 p.m. – The Wood County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call reporting a vehicle theft at 6937 Hillcrest Ave., Rudolph. A record of the incident was made.
11:17 p.m. – The Wood County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call reporting a disturbance at 9440 STH 13 S, Saratoga. A record of the incident was made.
