PORT EDWARDS – The Alexander House is proud to announce an upcoming exhibition featuring the work of three distinguished professors of art from the University of Iowa, showcasing a dynamic blend of printmaking by Thomas Christison and Anita Jung along with ceramics by Josh Van Stippen. Guests will have the opportunity to meet the artists and enjoy light refreshments.
The exhibition highlights the breadth and innovation of contemporary printmaking processes alongside expressive works in ceramics. Each artist brings a unique vision shaped by their extensive careers in teaching and exhibiting.
“This show is a rare opportunity to experience the work of three highly respected artists with ties to Wisconsin and an influence that reaches far beyond the Midwest,” said Connie Henke, art director at the Alexander House.
The exhibition runs through Nov. 18. Gallery hours are Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday from 1-4 p.m., or by special appointment.
