WISCONSIN RAPIDS – As of Thursday, Aug. 20, the westbound lane of Gaynor Ave., between the round-a-bout and 27th Ave. S, is closed due to the Interceptor Sewer Project by the City of Wisconsin Rapids contractor. The lane is expected to re-open at the end of October.
The eastbound lane of Gaynor Ave. will remain open. Westbound traffic on Gaynor Ave. will be detoured onto 17th Ave. S, then onto Carey St., then onto 29th Ave. S, then back onto Gaynor Ave.
