WISCONSIN RAPIDS – On Sept. 12 at approximately 1:50 a.m., the Wisconsin Rapids Police Department responded to a house fire in the 1500 block of 17th Ave. South in the city of Wisconsin Rapids.
The residents safely exited the home, and the Wisconsin Rapids Fire Department quickly suppressed the fire. No injuries were reported.
The Wisconsin Rapids Police Department is requesting that residents in the area who may have surveillance footage from around the time of the incident, or anyone with information, contact Detective David Bailey at (715) 421-6236.
