Frankie Moreno brings a taste of Las Vegas to Central Wisconsin

WISCONSIN RAPIDS – Frankie Moreno continues to electrify sold-out crowds from Carnegie Hall to Las Vegas with his infectious energy and world-class musicianship. The Arts Council of South Wood County is beyond excited to give patrons an opportunity to see him without the expense of an airline ticket. On March 12 at 7:30 p.m., Moreno will perform at the Performing Arts Center of Wisconsin Rapids, 1801 16th Street South.
Moreno is a chart-topping singer, songwriter, and showman known for his genre-blurring rock-n-roll, earning four #1 Billboard albums, 108 #1 iTunes singles and multiple Las Vegas “Headliner of the Year” awards. Moreno’s collaboration with world-renowned violinist Joshua Bell, “At Home with Friends,” reached the No. 1 spot on Billboard. The album included Sting, Josh Groban, Chris Botti, Kristin Chenoweth and Regina Spektor. He toured the U.S. with Sugarland and Billy Currington and joined multi-platinum artists Air Supply for their world tour as musical director, and wrote their radio single, “Dance with Me,” reaching No. 7 on Billboard’s Top 49. Moreno commands audiences around the world with his highly contagious music and playful stage antics. His songs are cleverly crafted, and his musicianship is virtuoso.
