Bridge work to close lanes on E. Riverview Expressway

WISCONSIN RAPIDS – The Wisconsin Department of Transportation will conduct bridge maintenance work on the East Riverview Expressway bridge starting Tuesday, creating single-lane closures in both directions.
The lane restrictions will begin at 7 a.m. July 29 and are expected to end at 3 p.m. Aug. 1. The work affects the bridge between 1st Street South and 2nd Avenue South.
Both eastbound and westbound lanes will be reduced to single-lane traffic during the four-day maintenance period.
