All-star band “The Players” launch The Arts Council’s 50th anniversary season

WISCONSIN RAPIDS – A legacy act, “The Players” features two former high-profile members of Chicago (Keith Howland, lead guitarist, and Jeff Coffey, bassist and tenor vocalist extraordinaire), along with former members of Peter Frampton (Rob Arthur on keys/vocals) and Doobie Brothers (Ed Toth on drums). Add a three-piece horn section to create a blend of classic Chicago hits, grooving Earth Wind and Fire tunes, plus some choice favorites from that same era! Check out a preview at www.youtube.com/watch?v=y1mWW31K_zU.
