Mildred B. (Millie) Fausch
Mildred B. (Millie) Fausch, age 92, of Appleton, WI, formerly of Wisconsin Rapids, died Tuesday, October 16, 2018.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Monday, October 22, 2018 at Ritchay Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids, WI. Rev. Missy Miller will officiate, entombment will be in Forest Hill Mausoleum. Visitation will be held at Ritchay Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids on Monday from 10:00 – 11:00 AM. An order of the Eastern Star Service will be held 10:30 AM Monday at the funeral home.
Millie was born on January 13, 1926, along with twin sister Margaret to Peter and Marion Myers in Sault Ste. Marie, MI. She married LeRoy Clemens in December 1943. They raised four children in Sault Ste. Marie until 1957 when they moved to Paradise, MI where the children graduated from high school. The marriage ended in divorce in 1973. Millie moved to Stevens Point, WI and worked at Sentry Insurance until retirement.
Millie married Stewart Fausch in March 1982 and they lived in Wisconsin Rapids. After they both retired, they loved to travel visiting friends and relatives. She was a member of Eastern Star #87 and was a member over 25 years. Stewart and Millie attended First Congregational Church for many years.
Millie is survived by three children, daughter Kathy Clemens of Little Chute, WI, sons Larry (Caryl) Clemens of Gladstone, MI, Lynn (Joy) Clemens of Seeley Lake, MT, grandchildren; Wendy (Duke) VerVoort, Christy (Paul) Stumpf, Joey Clemens, Lisa Stabie, Amber (Tracy) Gaddis, Andrew Keating, Greg Bednarz, Sherry Baldwin, great-grandchildren; James (Hannah), Adam (Evelyn), Kyle, Chase and Logan, great-great grandchildren; Jensen, Mila, Cora and Lyric, brother Peter Myers of Paradise, MI, Millie is also survived by three step-children; Dale (Linda) Fausch, Shirley Bednarz and Peggy (Scott) Keating, and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, husband Stewart, son Dennis Clemens, twin sister Margaret and step-son-in-law Timothy.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff and friends of Appleton Retirement Community Center and to Southern Care Hospice for the excellent care given to Millie.
